Becoming a Vendor

First and foremost we ask that all of our vendors, be local. Our requirement of local, is being located within approximately 90 minutes driving range. As our location is in a quad state area, vendors from Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia may be accepted. 

At Truly Local, we believe that giving gifts is about more than just the item itself. It's about showing someone you care and creating a meaningful connection. That's why we're dedicated to curating a selection of unique and thoughtful gifts that will make your loved ones feel special. We pride our business on showcasing handmade goods, but we also allow wholesaled products, some vintage and collective pieces. All products must be approved by management before they are accepted in our store to maintain the high standards for customer satisfaction.

Our individual booth spaces range from a $100.00 shelving unit, to a $200.00 6 foot by 12 foot booth space with limited electricity spots. We also deduct 15% commission from the products when sold to cover the cost of staff to be present to operate the store during business hours, supplies, utilities, and other business operating costs. 

We give our vendors access to track their sales in real time with our point of sale app, so no guessing if you need to restock. Our vendors also have access to our backstock room, where they may leave already tagged products for a staff member to restock their booth when time allows. 

Payouts are once a month via check to pick up in store.

Our rental contract is only on a month to month basis, so if life gets in the way, you may give us at least a 5 day notice and remove your products.

We have a 24 hour security surveillance system with live monitoring in place. As not everything will be caught or stopped, our passionate staff members makes every effort to protect our customers and your products.
